As the HARPS Guard, Kaytlen is consistently reliable and is quick to respond to customer’s needs. Kaytlen continuously exceeds customer expectations and is responsive to their demands.

During the month of January, Kaytlen has shown true commitment and team effort. She stepped up without hesitation to cover her team’s manning shortage and did not allow her team to fail. During an incident, while manning the Information desk, Kaytlen went above and beyond to assist a Colonel in need. As a result of her swift actions and ability to think on her feet, she was able to assist the Colonel and recovery the missing property.

Kaytlen lives the DCS Values and was recognized for being Capable…Competent…Credible. Exceeding the expectations while meeting the mission is what makes Kaytlen and DCS stand out as top-notch!
